Notes
A coho jig tied on a jig hook and fished on a spinning or switch rod with a short sink tip and a 2-3 foot fluorocarbon leader. Use a 1/8 ounce jig in slow water and up to 1/4 ounce in heavier water so it ticks the bottom as it swings downriver. Keep casts short, since coho hold close to shore, and experiment with a twitch.
