| Hook | Diaiichi 1710 or similar 2XL hook. Sizes #6 to #12. |

| Tail | Black marabou or a clump of black dog hair or similar fur. |
| Body | Krystal Flash Chenille Peacock. Medium or small depending on hook size. |
| Hackle | Red cock hackle feather. |
| Rib | Gold wire - Medium. |
Notes
An attractor pattern fished on a sinking line with a series of short quick retrieves, and also good for trolling. Most often tied in size 8. It has flash from the chenille and bead and movement from the tail and palmered hackle, and the author uses it when nothing else is working.
