Breakfast: Ricky’s All Day Grill - 8:30 am (Hope—Silver Creek Exit, Hwy #1) Break into groups and head up Silver Skagit Road from there. Significant changes as a result of the flood - will be an adventure. Should be able to cross the river all the way up.
